Purple Brigade on the March

SEIU Arizona members gathered for our first Political Conference on Saturday, May 3rd, held at both our Phoenix and Tucson offices. Linked by video conference, almost 100 members from the State, Chandler, Tempe, Avondale and Pima Chapters heard from members of the State Legislature, including House Minority Leader Phil Lopes (D, District 27), Senator Debbie McCune-Davis (D, District 14), Representative Pete Hershberger (R, District 26) and Representative Jackie Thrasher (D, District 10). Pima County Board of Supervisors President, Richard Elias, also spoke.
